Salary: Scale 5 (Points 12-17) £27,711.00- £30,060.00 plus London weighting paid pro rata- rata

Actual Pro Rata Salary: £24,022.00 - £26,056.00 plus London weighting

At Northview Primary School we work hard to make a difference to our pupils’ lives. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking, and committed Parent Liaison Officer. The candidate will be responsible for providing operational support in attendance, maintaining standards, and providing high quality support to parents. Working closely with the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and Local Authorities to support parents and carers in ensuring their children attend school on time every day and working with other professionals, if there are other concerns, and attending meetings based on a plan to support the child and family.

The Person:

·        We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic person who:

·         Has a passion for helping pupils thrive and meet their full potential.

·         Has a friendly manner and can communicate effectively with students, parent, staff and external agencies.

·         Can work effectively as part of a team but can also work independently using their own initiative.

·         Has experience of working in a primary school.

·         Work co-operatively with the wider school team
